• Schönegg is the perfect venue for your special event.
• We welcome groups from 8 to 36 people to our air conditioned dining room.
• For larger groups consider hiring a marquee or holding your function at one of the local wineries.
• We can also provide stylish catering at your venue.
• We are a licensed venue and can supply all your beverage needs. Our wine list features a range of local wines.

• Function bookings are subject to Schönegg's Function Booking Terms & Conditions Agreement .
• Function duration. A function booking is for 4 hours, our venue closes at 11.00 PM.
• Equipment hire. We can supply a wide range of function equipment including crockery, cutlery and glassware at competitive rates. Local residents - avoid the trip into Canberra or costly delivery fees when you hire from Schönegg.
• Schönegg has thousands of satisfied customers and a wealth of experience, including:
  • Fine-dining boardroom catering for the Reserve Bank of Australia
  • Catering for local wineries during the Harvest Festival, Murrumbateman Moving Feast and Days of Wine and Roses
  • Catering at Canberra District Wine Industry Association meetings and events
  • Providing on-site catering for more than 140 guests in a marquee on a rural property
  • Catering for both Australian Capital Tourism and Yass Valley Tourism at a range of events
  • Hosting many Murrumbateman and Yass business and community Christmas parties annually

Wedding Catering

We promise to make your special day deliciously different with a range of options available, see our Wedding Celebration menus here. Schönegg is a great venue for your ceremony and reception, we can accommodate large groups in a marquee. Alternatively, conduct your ceremony at the venue of your choice, one of the beautiful wineries in the district for example - we can provide the catering on site. And our double spa suite is the perfect accommodation for your honeymoon.
