Tapas and Tipples with Christmas Spirit

Our friends just down the road at Yarrh Winery host ‘Tapas and Tipples’ on the first Sunday of each month - we create a range of light dishes designed to compliment a range of Yarrh wines.
On Sunday, 6th December we’ve gone with a Christmas flavour – a few of the dishes on offer include pork with salt caramelized apple and crackling crumb, seafood salad with mustard seed oil and passionfruit dressing and turkey fillet rolled with cranberry, pinenuts and spinach.
