Richard is a qualified chef with 23 years of international hospitality experience. He has worked in the Michelin-starred 'Les Continents' restaurant at the Hotel Intercontinental, Geneva and the first-class 'Princess Grill' on board the Queen Elizabeth II. Evelyn combines her professional hospitality qualifications with her rich German heritage to create sumptuous breads, pastries and desserts.
